Brian Hickok, MD
Dr. Brian attended medical school at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He then went on to complete his pediatric residency at Loma Linda University Children's hospital. Dr. Hickok is board certified in pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. After completing residency and one year at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital as an attending physician, Dr. Brian spent several years in private practice in Maryland before joining Lakeside Pediatrics. He loves spending time with his wife Heidi, twin boys, and his daughter. He enjoys fly fishing, riding his dirt bike, and snow skiing.
Christy Riley, MD
Dr. Riley is board certified in pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Riley received her medical degree at New York University School of Medicine in New York City. She also completed her residency at the University of California San Francisco in California. Dr. Riley, her husband, and her young family enjoy local downtown events and traveling to visit family. In her free time, Dr. Riley also finds pleasure in hiking, running, traveling, and reading.
Jeanie Prince, MD
Dr. Prince attended medical school and residency at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. Dr. Prince stayed on at Loma Linda for an additional year as the pediatric chief resident. She is board certified in pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Jeanie's hobbies include: baking, playing the piano, and hiking. She loves spending time with her husband Bryce, and their two sons.
Jennifer Torok, NP-C
Jennifer earned her undergraduate nursing degree from Lewis Clark St. College. She then went on to Gonzaga University where she attained her Master's degree in the field of nursing and nurse practitioner and board certification. Prior to joining Lakeside Pediatrics, Jennifer specialized in pediatric urology in Spokane, Washington. Jennifer loves spending time with her husband Shane, and their three boys. Jennifer is one of our many team members that has been with Lakeside Pediatrics for more than ten years.
Laine Hughes, FNP
Laine attended Brigham Young University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. Thereafter, he completed a rural family nurse practitioner program and Master's degree in nursing at Montana State University. He is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Laine loves spending time with his wife Jenni and their daughter and son. Laine's hobbies include: running, canoeing, and making sourdough bread.
Ronda Wescott, MD
Dr. Westcott attended medical school at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. She completed her Pediatric Residency at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital. After residency, along with Dr. Prince, she founded Lakeside Pediatrics. In addition to being board certified in pediatrics, she is also a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Westcott enjoys being at the lake, hiking, snow shoeing, and reading. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their labrador.
Sean Park, MD
Dr. Park attended medical school at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL and his residency and internship at Primary Children's Medical Center at the University of Utah. Dr. Park also started a Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship before deciding on general Pediatrics. He is board certified in pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Sean is proficient in Spanish. He enjoys using his private pilot License and exploring the mountains and small towns of the North West with his wife, young son, and energetic dog.
Pamela Anain, PNP
Pamela earned her undergraduate nursing degree at Regis University and went on to earn her Masters of Science in Nursing at University of Colorado. She worked as a nurse at Children's Hospital Colorado in 2010 in the Ponzio Surgery Center and then in clinical research. Pamela began working as a Nurse Practitioner a the Children's Hospital Colorado Emergency Department and worked in Primary Care after that. She just relocated to Idaho with her two children, black lab mix, and two Russian box turtles. Her outside of work interests include cooking, crochet, reading and a variety of outdoor activities.
Christine Young, PNP
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Christine Young attended graduate school at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. She was dually-enrolled in both the School of Nursing’s Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program and the Bloomberg School of Public Health. Both schools are ranked number one nationally for their nursing and public health programs, respectively. At Hopkins, she completed clinical rotations within the hospital, in several pediatric primary care offices, with the public health department, and in school-based health centers.
Additionally, Christine was involved in a research project in South Korea which looked at health discrepancies between North and South Korean children, and another project which compared the efficacy of immunization programs in several developed nations. She was awarded a National Health Service Corps Scholarship while at Johns Hopkins, and graduated with honors. On any given weekend, Christine hikes with her dog, snowboards or snowshoes, plays in a softball game, or bikes around town. Christine is also renovating a 1920’s home, one project at a time and she also finds time to travel, both in the United States and abroad. Recent destinations include: Dominican Republic, Iceland, New York, Cuba, and most recently Spain.
