Procedures & Information

Immunizations: We provide all pediatric vaccines within our office. The vast majority of these are provided by the state of Idaho and therefore they are free of cost to our patients.
Pre-Natal Visits: We strongly encourage any soon-to-be parents to meet with us prior to their delivery. It is a free visit that can be scheduled by calling our office (208-292-5437) and making an appointment.
Prescriptions: If you are calling for a prescription refill of a chronic medication we ask that you please give us twenty-four hours notice. For all other prescription medications you will need to make an appointment for your child and have them seen, as we do not prescribe medications over the phone. 
Phone Calls During Office Hours: When you call our clinic during office hours with questions regarding your child you will first be directed to one of our friendly nurses. If they are unavailable at that moment, please leave a message in their voice mail box and they will get back to you as quickly as possible. If it is an emergency, please let the receptionist know when you call. If it is a true emergency please hang up and dial 911.
